Changing the way people buy cars

At P+B, we’re on a mission to change the way people buy cars. We offer a personalised, tailored service for busy professionals who are tired of biased advice or bewildering online portals that make car buying even more of a hassle.

What does P+B do?
We provide truly independent advice for personal leasing, business leasing and EV salary sacrifice. Unlike single-brand dealerships or most online leasing sites, we have access to multiple car finance providers and all major manufacturers, allowing us to compare offers across the market to secure the most competitive price.

Every client who comes through our doors is supported by a dedicated relationship manager, guiding them through the process from start to finish. We begin with a one-on-one fact-find session to understand your specific needs and priorities. This tailored approach means you won’t need to repeat yourself, and it allows us to manage the process efficiently, giving you more time to focus on what matters most.

Why we do what we do
We were founded on a simple belief: our clients shouldn’t have to choose between a pushy, outdated dealership or an impersonal, low-skilled call centre when making one of the most important and expensive decisions for their family. Instead, we focus on building long-term relationships, not one-off transactions. It’s why more than 70% of our clients have leased two or more vehicles with us, and why over a third of our new clients were referred by existing clients.

Cybersecurity isn’t an IT problem – it’s a business risk

Cyber-attacks are no longer rare, and accountancy firms of every size are increasingly being targeted. From ransomware and email compromise to supplier breaches and data theft, attackers are exploiting weaknesses across people, processes and third parties – not just technology.

The consequences can be significant: loss of sensitive client data, operational disruption, reputational damage, financial loss and potential regulatory scrutiny.

Many firms believe they are secure because they have invested in IT providers and security tools. But without independent oversight, leadership often lacks clear visibility of how controls are performing in practice, where gaps exist, and how risk is evolving over time.

Who is proving you are in control?
A single attack could halt operations, destroy your client relationships and harm the value of your business. Cyber-risk management requires more than technical controls – it requires governance, oversight and independent assurance that the measures in place are actually working.

Mitigo: ICAS’ trusted cyber-risk partner
As a trusted cyber-risk partner of ICAS, Mitigo understands the pressures facing modern accountancy practices – protecting client confidentiality, maintaining operational resilience and meeting regulatory expectations.

The Mitigo method goes beyond technology alone. We assess and control cyber-risk across the full picture – technology, people and governance – revealing unseen gaps and vulnerabilities wherever they exist.

  • We are not IT – we give your senior management team 100% independent assurance and oversight of your cyber controls.
  • We are impartial – no products to sell or commissions to earn.
  • We are the trusted accountancy sector specialists – cyber is complex, and we test and audit firms like yours every day.

Our services include

  • Independent cyber-risk and vulnerability assessments
  • Governance reviews, policies and leadership reporting
  • Staff cyber-awareness training and phishing simulations
  • Supplier and third-party risk visibility
  • Penetration testing
  • Incident readiness, response and investigation

We provide practical, proportionate guidance built around the realities of running an accountancy practice, helping leadership teams understand risk clearly and take informed action.
