That means she has tested her technology decisions in her own practice before advising anyone else on theirs, and she brings a working practitioner’s view of what AI has and hasn’t changed in day-to-day delivery.

Nila leads Accelerate, working closely with firms navigating growth, investment and ownership decisions. She has a front-row view of the private equity activity currently reshaping the profession and of the alternatives open to firms.
