Late payment of AML licence fees

In terms of Regulation 5.25 of the ICAS Anti-Money Laundering Regulations (the AML Regulations), notice is given that the Authorisation Committee (the Committee) has applied a regulatory penalty of £250 to one firm for failing to pay its AML licence fees timeously, in breach of Regulation 4.2 of the AML Regulations. 

On this occasion the Committee agreed not to identify the firm charged.
