In terms of ICAS Rule 13.21, notice is hereby given that the ICAS Authorisation Committee has withdrawn the practising certificate of Tom Riddet CA, the sole practitioner of Accounts@Donneers Limited. The decision was made in response to the repeated failure by Mr Riddet to submit regulatory returns and to respond to correspondence from ICAS. As a consequence, Mr Riddet is no longer entitled to engage in practice, as defined by ICAS’ Rules and Regulations. The Committee has also withdrawn its anti-money laundering supervision of the firm.
