On 18 December 2025, a Discipline Tribunal, in terms of Regulation 6.15.1, reaffirmed the interim order made on 22 January 2025 for a further period of up to 12 months to continue from 21 January 2026 suspending the ICAS membership of Scott Taylor. Mr Taylor is based in Tunbridge Wells and is a Director of INICIO Corporate Finance Limited.
